Blake Lively metabolism

Blake Lively shows off her stunning body in Vogue magazine. The actress is from Southern California but does not surf and her favorite sport in school was soccer. Blake Lively famously told Marie Claire that she does not follow any diet or exercise regimen to stay in shape. She puts it down to her youth: "Being 25 years old! That and a good metabolism. I could lie and put it down to dog walking, but you would be well within your rights to call my bluff: my dog weighs three pounds. I take six steps and she’s done for. In a few more years, I'll need to have a new secret, as in an incredibly strict diet regime."

Blake Lively married Ryan Reynolds last year and the couple were picked in Fitness magazine's all new list of the fourteen Fittest Celeb Couples. Blake Lively was also credited with having the best legs in Fitness magazine's list of the Hottest Celeb Bodies of 2012. Blake has been admired for her curvy butt, below right on the Gossip Girl set. Metabolism is affected by lifestyle and Blake Lively doesn't smoke or drink. But she is a food lover and enjoys cooking. "My family's originally from Georgia; I love fried food, cheese, sugar, salt, butter," Blake told Teen Vogue. Good metabolism is also the result of an active lifestyle, and in school Blake Lively played sports, and did cheerleading. Lively told Cosmopolitan: "I was class president, on the cheerleading squad, in a competitive show choir, and in, like, six different clubs." Now that Blake's married, metabolism will start slowing when she has kids....then we'll learn Blake Lively's fitness secrets!
